This is a wonderful salsa canning recipe as you can customize its zesty-ness by adding more of or taking away the hot peppers.
We added about half of what the recipe called for as we like our salsa a bit milder.
You will need: chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, hot peppers, cider vinegar. garlic cloves, cilantro, salt, tomato paste and canning equipment.
