This is a super simple yet effective Halloween craft and decoration.
Easy enough for the kids to create themselves and it will spook anyone walking their way at night.
Just make some eye shaped cuts into your toilet paper rolls, place some glow stick inside your Halloween eyes to light them up, and be sure to seal off the ends with some duck tape.
A great way to re-use those empty bathroom tissues rolls and the glow sticks can easily be found at the dollar store!
These spooky eyes work best when placed in bushes and trees.
